President Director.

Has over 13 years of experience in Customer Service and Collection field. He has led many teams and experienced in handling customer from Banking and Financial Technologies Industries. Sugimin established Colmitra Persada Indonesia and directly manage all of professional teams under his supervision, especially in collection strategies. Colmitra Persada Indonesia has running since April 2019, and currently his professional team already grow bigger with more than 100 agents.
